v1 · 2026-05-08

The Compute Factory does not train any model on your prompts or completions.

We retain non-billing logs for 14 days for operational debugging (anonymised request id, model name, latency, token counts — never prompt or completion contents).

We retain billing logs for 90 days for invoice reconciliation (request id, upstream caller id, token counts, cost). These logs contain no prompt or completion content.

Our infrastructure is hosted in the European Union (France) and is therefore subject to the GDPR. We do not collect personal data from end users — our customer (the platform or service integrating our API) is the data controller for end-user identity; we only see our customer's API key.

Storage: all logs sit in an EU-region database. No data leaves the EU for the EU-deployed inference path. Workers are only scheduled into other regions (currently AWS US-East as a spillover for capacity) when this is compatible with the customer's data residency strategy; in that case they only see the prompt they're processing — neither logs nor any other data is mirrored there.
